A Little Truth Before We Continue

You’ve had a first look at what I write. Now here’s a look at who I am.

I like the dark. Dark stories, dark characters, dark psychology. Dark morality that makes its own rules and doesn’t apologize for it.

I don’t write cat detectives. I wouldn’t recognize a cozy if it bit me on the ass. And God bless ’em, but I’m not your “sunshine and cupcakes” author.

Romance? Not exactly.

Sometimes it’s sex.

Sometimes it’s comfort with an edge.

Sometimes it’s two people holding on because the world is trying like hell to rip them apart.

I write what feels real to me — the small towns where charm hides danger, where justice doesn’t always wait for a jury, where people carry secrets the way my grandma carried a snub-nose .38 in her purse to church on Sunday.

(I am not kidding.)

That’s the world I came from. That’s the world in my bones. And that’s the world I write.

So if you’re here for tidy morals, easy answers, soft-focus emotions, or characters who never make the wrong choice… this probably isn’t your hollow. And that’s cool.

But if you like your stories with grit, shadow, consequence, buried truths, and women who’d rather burn the house down than be pushed around?
